Any damage identified during this process will be recorded. The owner of the PPE/C will be contacted with details of the damage. Structural firefighting boots are not eligible for repair – if boots are deemed not fit for purpose, replacement is recommended.

Book a PAC+CARE ADVANCED SERVICE whenever your boots are soiled to the extend that the soil cannot be sufficiently removed by Routine Cleaning or in instances where it may have been exposed to contaminants.
